The Role & Responsibilities
We seek a Senior Growth Designer to connect brand and performance. Working within the Creative Team and closely with Growth Marketing, you will oversee the synergy between these two areas, fostering alignment, clarity, and progress. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on design: you will create high-performing assets for paid channels, guide testing methodologies, and ensure our brand is prominently and consistently represented across all growth initiatives.
You will excel in this role if you are a designer who understands the dynamics of performance marketing, enjoys translating insights into actionable strategies, and is eager to lead cross-functional collaborations that drive business growth.
