As a Senior Hardware Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering innovative smart devices that seamlessly blend hardware, firmware, and connectivity. This position calls for a professional who can effectively bridge customer requirements, technical intricacies, and operational execution. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure our hardware solutions yield measurable benefits for customers and communities worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Location: This position is based in our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid work model. Team members are expected to work onsite from Tuesday to Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless accommodations are approved. We believe that connection sparks innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to promote meaningful collaboration, mentorship, and shared success.

Direct Reports: None

  • Engage with customers and internal teams to identify market needs and prioritize solutions that enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to define and implement product enhancements and new hardware offerings.
  • Translate customer insights and technical specifications into clear product requirements and guidance for engineering teams.
  • Work with engineering and program management to balance scope, functionality, and timelines for successful product delivery.
