Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our devices not only meet rigorous performance standards but also that any failures are swiftly addressed and resolved throughout our product range.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and uphold a comprehensive quality strategy that incorporates a robust testing framework, quality gates, and clear acceptance criteria across our hardware offerings.
Lead systematic investigations into hardware failures, executing root cause analyses, and formulating and implementing effective containment plans.
Establish and manage supplier performance metrics and inspection protocols for incoming inventory.
Assist in the triage and decision-making process for product returns.
Generate and disseminate regular quality dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with the broader team to accomplish organizational goals, even if this involves venturing beyond the typical scope of your role.

Your Qualifications
