Key ResponsibilitiesIn this highly impactful role, you will serve as the manufacturing expert overseeing production processes, yields, and overall readiness for engineering New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and mass production. Your responsibilities will include driving daily operations with our Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and ensuring that we deliver top-notch products through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. As the primary liaison for technical operations within the broader ChargePoint team, you will ensure the factory is primed for success and scalability. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define build schedules and communicate the status of factory builds to leadership. Required QualificationsManufacturing & Process Development:Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability, cost efficiency, supply chain flexibility, and overall effectiveness (DFx). Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) builds from pre-prototype through Production Validation Testing (PVT) for PCBA and FATP lines. Innovate assembly tooling and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
