Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, repair, and rework small electronic components and assemblies with precision. Execute surface-mount (SMT) soldering and desoldering tasks consistently. Interpret and adhere to engineering prints, schematics, and work instructions effectively. Contribute to assembly processes while ensuring strict compliance with quality and production standards. Configure basic network settings for devices, including IP setup and connectivity checks. Employ basic Linux commands for device configurations, diagnostics, and file management. Assist in mechanical assembly tasks involving fixtures, housings, fasteners, and hardware components. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to ESD and safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot build issues and offer feedback for process enhancements. Who You AreTechnical training, Trade School certification, or an Associate degree in Technical Engineering or related fields. Proficient in working with small electronic components and PCB connections. Proven experience in accurate and reliable SMT soldering. Detail-oriented with experience handling small and fragile components. Basic understanding of Linux, encompassing command-line operations. Capability to perform basic network configurations (e.g., IP settings, ping tests, device connectivity). Knowledgeable in general assembly processes and production workflows. Mechanical aptitude with comfort in using hand tools and basic mechanical tasks.
