We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our marketing, finance, human resources, and operations teams. In this pivotal role, you will establish impactful business partnerships that drive high performance, engagement, and scalable growth throughout the organization.

As a strategic advisor and thought partner to leadership, you will enhance leadership effectiveness, strengthen organizational health, and implement the necessary programs and frameworks to support a rapidly growing company. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record of influencing senior executives, creating and implementing HR programs, and delivering high-quality, context-sensitive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, finance, human resources, and operations leaders, providing support, guidance, and insights that enhance leadership effectiveness and promote high performance.
  • HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies that improve team performance, employee engagement, organizational efficiency, and long-term growth.
  • Program Design and Optimization: Create, implement, and continuously enhance HR programs related to performance, development, engagement, and career progression.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, recruitment, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
