About the role
Join SMX as a Senior HUMINT Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) and play a vital role in our Mission Support team dedicated to delivering exceptional intelligence solutions.
This role mandates a DoD TS/SCI security clearance, requiring U. S. citizenship due to the nature of work on Department of Defense contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate human intelligence into the F3EAD cycle to effectively disrupt high-value networks.
- Provide expert guidance during rapid interrogation and tactical document/media exploitation (DOMEX) in direct-action missions.
- Oversee complex validation processes to mitigate insider threats, ensuring the integrity of human sources in high-risk environments.
- Coordinate sensitive operations with National-level agencies and Host Nation security elements to maintain operational integrity.
- Lead low-visibility operations utilizing specialized technical surveillance equipment to enhance human collection efforts.
- Be prepared to deploy as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- Over 10 years of intelligence experience, with a minimum of 5 years supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF).
- Graduation from an advanced, Tier-1 HUMINT course (e.g., ASOC, MOTC, or DATC).
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in contested environments with limited standard military support.
- Expertise in targeting tools and biometric identity management systems (e.g., BAT/HIIDE).
- Capability to deliver high-pressure, real-time briefings to senior mission commanders and strategic stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Title 10 vs Title 50 authorities and the legal constraints of sensitive military operations.
