Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and passionate Senior Implementation Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integration of enterprise clients, enhance our onboarding process, and provide training to product analysts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and sales, to ensure our partners receive an exceptional and fully supported experience when leveraging our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of major client accounts onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and resolving any issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with internal teams to grasp customer requirements and customize solutions for successful onboarding.
  • Evaluate product performance and analyze metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement in the onboarding journey.
  • Train Customer Success Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Product Analysts on best practices for onboarding and implementation.
  • Assist in designing onboarding workflows tailored to new business customers.
  • Offer data-driven insights to improve the user experience and maximize the benefits of Rain's products for companies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify business requirements for onboarding and craft user stories.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of onboarding processes and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
