ABOUT THE TEAM
We invite you to join Anduril's Space Manufacturing team as a Senior Integration and Test Engineer. This pivotal team oversees the assembly, integration, and testing of essential ground support equipment, PCBAs, unit-level, and integrated systems crucial for our aerospace and defense initiatives. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that our products achieve the highest quality and reliability standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and engage in system integration and test campaigns, crafting test plans, procedures, and schedules while coordinating resource requirements, test equipment, and facility needs.
- Conduct test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware.
- Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.
- Develop, document, and enhance processes for the manufacturing, assembly, and integration of PCBAs and box-level assemblies, ensuring adherence to space-grade standards.
- Execute hands-on hardware and software testing at both unit-level and system-level.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions for any non-conformances or anomalies identified during integration and testing.
- Specify, procure, and maintain necessary assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment for integration and testing.
- Collaborate with supply chain, hardware teams, program management, and test teams to effectively manage priorities and resolve technical challenges.
