Basic Qualifications:Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph examination. A Bachelor's degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is typically required. At least three years of experience in intelligence community disclosure and classification management at the agency or interagency level. Proficiency in utilizing disclosure and classification management systems and tools. Ability to convert complex technical and programmatic data into actionable and comprehensible reports for senior and non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC), its components, and operational missions.

Analytic Solutions Group is hiring a Senior Intelligence Analyst in McLean, Virginia. This role centers on classification management and the evaluation of intelligence materials, working closely with government partners to support disclosure and release processes.

What you will do

  • Assess intelligence information for possible declassification and release, ensuring all actions comply with executive orders and federal guidelines.
  • Review classification and marking for both classified and unclassified materials. Offer clear recommendations on disclosure requests, following Intelligence Community policies, procedures, and security classification guides. Communicate determinations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, organize, and document decisions related to classification, declassification, and prepublication, collaborating with U. S. Government partners throughout the process.
  • Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, guidance, and strategic plans for foreign disclosure and intelligence release.
  • Maintain detailed records to track the status and outcomes of materials as they move through the review and adjudication process.
