Position Summary

The Senior IT Applications Analyst is pivotal in managing the deployment and lifecycle of critical IT applications. This role collaborates with various teams to gather requirements, configure systems, oversee upgrades, and provide expert support, ensuring applications function securely and efficiently to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and internal teams to gather requirements, evaluate opportunities for enhancements, and implement approved changes.
• Act as the primary technical contact and subject matter expert for designated applications and related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, configuration plans, testing protocols, and system overviews.
• Create and modify reports and dashboards to support operational objectives.
