What You’ll Need:Extensive experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst within large financial institutions or multinational organizations. Strong foundation in SDLC, requirements gathering, and UML modeling. Hands-on experience with e-banking and lending application projects. Proven track record in software testing, including the development of test cases and UAT coordination. Capability to produce clear and concise documentation such as business requirements, test scenarios, and user manuals in English. Strong proficiency in SQL and data quality management. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project) along with tools like Jira and SharePoint. Excellent command of English (C1 level); knowledge of French (B2 level) is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a vital link between business objectives and technical execution within the European public sector. Your expertise will directly contribute to requirements analysis, backlog management, and the coordination of testing and functional support activities.

Your Role:

  • Collect, analyze, and detail business and functional requirements for IT solutions.
  • Convert business needs into actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, adhering to Agile methodologies.
  • Model workflows and processes (UML) to facilitate automation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Oversee and refine backlogs, ensuring all requirements are comprehensive, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Design, validate, and execute test cases while participating in end-to-end testing activities.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off on deliverables.
  • Provide detailed reports on project status, risks, and resource management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user guides, and procedural instructions.
  • Support application operations and assist with functional issue resolution as needed.

Onsite Requirement: This position necessitates an onsite presence at client locations to foster collaboration and enhance project delivery.
