Qualifications
Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis within the Financial Industry, particularly in banking or brokerage. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Proven experience in facilitating JAD sessions. Strong collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively in team environments. Familiarity with UML and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies is a plus.
