Role Overview:
As a Senior IT Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical expert for your team, overseeing junior technicians, managing escalations, and liaising with major accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass both in-person and remote technical support. You will tackle various tasks, from organizing cables under desks to configuring firewalls and deploying a large number of computers. Your focus will primarily be on supporting Mac OS and Windows devices, and you will facilitate IT logistics for onboarding and offboarding processes. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including business owners and executive staff, to cultivate strong client relationships and provide effective solutions for escalated issues.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Configuring and providing support for Mac OS, Windows, and various other devices in both office and remote settings.
- Managing and supporting identity platforms that control application access, such as Okta and Google Workspace.
- Assisting with network projects, deployments, and build-outs, including remote design and configuration.
- Standardizing and implementing best networking practices across client systems.
- Providing resolution assistance for escalated issues.
