Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SOX IT Analyst to join our Supply Chain Technology (SCT) IT Controls team. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT General Controls (ITGCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs), supporting SOX compliance across various Supply Chain applications. Your responsibilities will include designing, operating, and continuously improving IT controls within the SCT portfolio, providing clear requirements to mitigate control gaps, drafting comprehensive control documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and gathering evidence. You will also guide project teams in compliance mitigation solutions and collaborate with internal IT GRC teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Main Responsibilities
SOX IT Controls Specialist (ITGCs and ITACs)
- Support as a SME for Supply Chain applications and IT controls, including Access Management, Change Management, Segregation of Duties, and Infrastructure.
- Collaborate to document automated controls (ITACs) for the SOX audit.
- Design and maintain control objectives and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with SOX and ITGC.
Audit Preparation
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding ITGC and Application Controls.
- Assist in control reviews, collecting audit evidence accurately and timely.
Documentation and Process Mapping
- Create and maintain IT Controls documentation, including process narratives and control matrices.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements.
Control Management
- Support controls within Supply Chain Technology applications, focusing on WMS and interactions with ERP systems.
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate impacts of changes on controls.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for compliance initiatives.
