As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our IT infrastructure during this exciting phase of expansion. You will streamline IT processes, provide essential technical support, and implement robust security measures to safeguard our company assets and ensure compliance. Your contributions will have a significant impact on company operations and long-term growth, aligning with our mission of efficiency, security, and scalability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work onsite in Berlin, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of hardware, including workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Maintain the networking infrastructure of the office and ensure connectivity to remote locations.
- Manage regional vendors like ISPs and telecom providers in collaboration with your manager.
- Implement access control measures, including roles and account management.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees following company protocols.
- Oversee the roll-out and maintenance of software and tools utilized by our employees, such as email, calendar, document storage, and video conferencing systems.
- Provide daily IT support through our ticketing system for colleagues worldwide.
- Engage in IT infrastructure projects, contributing to upgrades and enhancements (a great learning opportunity!).
