Role overview
The Senior IT Support Engineer (F/M/D) is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model. This position takes a leading role in shaping IT operations at NavVis GmbH. The focus is on moving beyond reactive support, building a proactive and scalable IT service that supports the company’s growth.
Operating at a third-level support capacity, the Senior IT Support Engineer handles complex technical challenges, investigates root causes, and implements improvements that last. The role involves regular collaboration with Security, DevOps, and other teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and future-ready.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a connection point between IT, Security, and DevOps to deliver scalable solutions across the organization.
- Take ownership of difficult technical issues and develop strategies that promote long-term operational stability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance security and reliability throughout IT processes.
