Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution. Over 10 years of professional experience, with a focus on site master planning and site-specific design and construction. Goal-oriented with exceptional problem-solving, graphic communication, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in designing sustainable landscapes, irrigation systems, and ecological restoration. Project management experience and familiarity with construction processes. Expertise in site master planning. Proficient in Autodesk CAD workflows and project production. Knowledge of LandFx, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Civil 3D, Lumion, Enscape, and BIM (REVIT). Licensed Landscape Architect.

DLR Group is looking for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for crafting innovative, sustainable, and functional landscape designs for a diverse range of clients across the United States. Working closely with our interdisciplinary design teams, your designs will not only align with architectural goals but also enhance the overall human experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage project workflows and timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the integrated design process.
  • Create and coordinate technical documents utilizing Autodesk CAD software.
  • Engage in contract development and negotiation, including service change requests and plan modifications.
  • Prepare planning and design solutions that support sustainable project development at all design stages.
  • Develop detailed site and landscape specifications.
  • Review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee project implementation.
