About the job

At Relativity Space, we are revolutionizing the aerospace industry by developing cutting-edge rockets that address both current and future demands. Our Terran R vehicle is designed to transport customer payloads into orbit, catering to the escalating need for launch capacity. However, this is merely the beginning. Achieving commercial viability with Terran R will pave the way for unprecedented opportunities in science, exploration, and technological innovation, driving advancements that transcend the known boundaries.

By joining Relativity, you become part of a culture where autonomy, ownership, and significant impact are integral to our mission. Here, you will not simply perform assigned tasks; you will tackle unique challenges, contributing to the development of a rocket, a factory, and an entire business from the ground up. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside diverse teams, influence critical decisions, and witness your contributions come to fruition in record time. About the Team:

Our Launch team operates at the nexus of all critical components of the Terran R project, encompassing stages, payloads, ground systems, launch operations, landing, and refurbishment. Cape Canaveral is the sole location where you can witness this integration, providing unparalleled exposure and responsibility within the program. This is where inaugural flights take place, where we build upon history, and where the scope of our endeavors surpasses anything seen in modern aerospace. Our mission remains constant, yet our work evolves with each milestone: from the first launch to reuse, high-frequency operations, and beyond. If you aspire to redefine the future of space launch and create a novel blueprint rather than replicate the past, this is the place for you.
