CGS Federal is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lead Network Engineer II to become an integral part of our dynamic Information Technology team. In this key role, you will be responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and maintaining a large-scale network project that encompasses both wired and wireless network infrastructures, alongside associated hardware and software.
Your primary objectives will include analyzing the current state of existing disparate networks and designing a robust network infrastructure that meets all wireless, wired, and software network requirements. Additionally, you will provide expert consultation on necessary hardware and software to ensure optimal support for this comprehensive infrastructure. This role will also involve conducting systems testing, vulnerability assessments, and quality assurance to effectively implement the new setup.
As a Senior Lead Network Engineer II, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including state and local governmental personnel, internal teams, subject matter experts, and vendors providing development services.
