Position: Senior Learning Experience Designer – Tech Academy
As part of our Tech Academy, a strategic talent accelerator at Adyen, we are transforming the way our global tech organization learns, collaborates, and impacts the business. By integrating rapid learning and enablement into daily operations, we equip engineers, product managers, and PX professionals with the tools to innovate swiftly, adapt to evolving circumstances, and enhance growth for our clients worldwide.
In your role as Senior Learning Designer, you will work at the crossroads of technical enablement, transformation of workflows, and behavioral change, designing actionable learning experiences that seamlessly integrate into team workflows, ultimately turning learning into a catalyst for speed, ownership, and measurable business success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with tech teams across various levels and functions to create learning experiences that are intuitive, valuable, and immediately applicable.
- Partner with tech organization teams to embed best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Enhance tech onboarding processes, work methodologies, and other key employee journey moments, focusing on learning and adoption to instill habits of accountability and ownership.
- Develop learning programs, micro-learnings, digital nudges, workflow prompts, and lightweight automations, utilizing AI tools where applicable.
- Regularly solicit feedback from engineers and individual contributors to identify obstacles, cultural challenges, and workflow gaps, translating these insights into relevant, practical learning solutions.
- Design and implement experiments to test new routines, peer accountability mechanisms, or workflow enhancements.
- Showcase and promote instances where tech teams demonstrate strong ownership and drive cultural transformation.
- Empower teams to conduct their own peer-led sessions, supported by user-friendly digital tools and AI integrations.
- Create feedback loops and review deployed content, iterating rapidly based on adoption rates, usage data, and insights.
- Review and refine learning initiatives to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our teams.
