Qualifications
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the safe and profitable execution of complex energy and industrial services projects. This role encompasses full accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), project delivery, commercial outcomes, and client relationships from project award through to closeout. Key Responsibilities:Serve as EnerMech’s authorized representative to clients, fostering trusted, long-term relationships. Lead project teams through all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, handover, and closeout. Promote HSSE leadership and uphold a robust safety culture in line with EnerMech’s life-saving rules. Oversee contract scope, schedule, change control, cost management, revenue, and cash flow. Create and manage project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and forecasts. Supervise procurement, subcontractor engagement, and supply chain performance. Ensure quality, technical integrity, and 'right-first-time' delivery. Maintain effective reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. Support business development through client interactions, bids, and proposals.
