Your Responsibilities:
Translate the mission, vision, and ML strategy of BEES AI into actionable technical roadmaps and ensure alignment of architecture and standards with long-term objectives.
Oversee the complete technical delivery of ML pipelines, encompassing architecture, data/feature pipelines, model development, deployment, and production scaling in collaboration with data, platform, and product teams.
Develop and standardize the ML model development framework (including project structure, experimentation, versioning, and reproducibility) to enhance consistency and reuse across teams.
Establish observability throughout the model lifecycle (training and production) through monitoring, logging, and alerting focused on performance, quality, and drift.
Optimize deployments to minimize costs and maximize quality (e.g., scaling, resource allocation, inference optimization) while adhering to SLAs.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative field; a master's degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in ML platform architecture (e.g., feature stores, model registries, training, and inference pipelines).
Strong systems thinking capabilities with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, latency, and cost management.
Expertise in software design patterns aimed at constructing maintainable, production-ready ML systems.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL. Familiarity with Java, Rust, and NodeJS is a plus.
Experience with Kubernetes, Databricks, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
