The Community Support Products (CSP) Machine Learning team spearheads the CSxAI (Customer Support x Artificial Intelligence) initiatives. Our mission is to leverage Generative AI technologies to create an intelligent, scalable, and exceptional service experience. The team is responsible for developing and refining AI models, ML services, and tools, including LLM fine-tuning, optimization, RAG/Search, and automation of LLM evaluation and testing, as well as feedback-based learning and guardrails for a spectrum of applications within Airbnb.

With Airbnb's rich data, complex marketplace, and diverse product offerings, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of AI practice. We invest in long-term innovation to tackle intricate challenges, and we are looking for top-tier ML and AI experts to join our team.

  • Envision, advocate for, and support the development of innovative ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations to address real-world challenges.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to craft solutions that enhance our services.
