At Grab, the Fulfilment Interface Data Science team is dedicated to predicting estimated time of arrival (ETA) for our services, ensuring a perfect balance between ETA precision, system performance, and marketplace efficiency.
Your Role Awaits
We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop Deep Neural Network (DNN) models that effectively predict ETA for food deliveries and transport bookings amidst various uncertainties.
You will report directly to the Senior Data Science Manager and be based at our Petaling Jaya office.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and developing cutting-edge Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to accurately forecast the ETA of food orders. You will also create optimization models to balance ETA accuracy with system efficiency.
- Establishing robust pipelines for automating model retraining, parameter tuning, and deploying models in a production environment.
- Creating comprehensive dashboards to monitor model performance and service health, addressing data drift issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Documenting technical processes and findings clearly, and conveying complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Product Analytics and the Product Manager to facilitate A/B testing and data analysis.
