About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Software Engineer to enhance our client deliverables and develop our platform. As one of our initial full-time ML engineers, your contributions will significantly shape our initiatives.
You'll be joining a team of seasoned professionals from the climate and AI sectors, with expertise from Microsoft, AI2, ARM, and significant utility companies, including PhDs and published ML researchers.
Initially, this role will focus 70% on client delivery and 30% on platform development, transitioning to a balanced 50/50 split within the first year.
Your journey will involve both enterprise-style projects and rapid innovation cycles, with increasing investment in our platform to enhance client value.
Your Responsibilities
Transform complex client challenges into executable code.
Lead projects from initial discovery to final deployment.
Collaborate effectively with both client and internal project teams.
Develop clean and scalable code to meet varying quality standards.
Design, integrate, and productionize ML solutions, including predictive models and GenAI systems.
Work with domain experts in energy, real estate, and climate to convert business requirements into ML solutions.
