Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Proven experience in working with text data to develop both supervised and unsupervised Deep Learning and Machine Learning models; experience in vision and speech modalities is a plus. Deep understanding of the mathematical foundations and theories behind machine learning and deep learning. A solid software engineering background with a minimum of 8 years of experience, utilizing Python, SQL, Unix-based systems, git, and GitHub for collaborative development. Strong development skills in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including experience with tools such as AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, transformers, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Jupyter. Familiarity with Language Models, including training and fine-tuning industry-standard model families. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry experience.

As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious product roadmap, working within a global team of dedicated scientists and engineers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product owners to identify research questions and actionable insights.
  • Curate, generate, and annotate datasets while adhering to responsible data collection and model maintenance practices.
  • Translate raw data into trainable datasets using efficient SQL queries and scripting, visualizing results as needed.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models, ensuring robustness and readiness for production environments.
