Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation structures and equity administration, with significant experience in a public company environment. A strong background in Workday Advanced Compensation is essential. You should have exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as expertise in SEC reporting and proxy disclosures, is highly desirable. A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required; advanced certifications in compensation or HR are a plus.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our global rewards framework, leveraging your expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, equity lifecycle management, and SEC reporting. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and legal teams to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive, transparent, and compliant with corporate governance standards. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will design actionable compensation programs that align with our corporate philosophy and regulatory requirements, while overseeing the administration of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs including RSUs, PSUs, and Cash Awards. This role is essential in driving our mission to empower our employees and enhance member well-being through innovative compensation strategies.
