Role overview

The Senior Manager, Electrical and Software Integration & Testing leads integration strategies for electrical and software systems across multiple vehicle programs at the OEM level. This role focuses on ensuring that all systems meet vehicle-level functional performance standards. Key areas include architectural compliance, feature behavior, timing, system reliability, and the quality of interactions between different domains.

System-level validation is a core responsibility, requiring assessment of vehicle performance in real-world conditions. The position addresses transient events, edge cases, environmental stresses, and feature concurrency to confirm reliable operation. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with MSTs, software and systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and oversee electrical and software integration strategies for vehicle programs.
  • Ensure all systems reach intended vehicle-level functional performance.
  • Focus on compliance, feature behavior, timing, system robustness, and cross-domain quality.
  • Lead system-level validation to evaluate vehicle performance in real-world and edge scenarios.
  • Work closely with MSTs, software engineers, systems engineers, validation teams, and suppliers.
