Databricks is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager, Finance PMO & Operations, specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this pivotal role, you will champion organizational transformation, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency across our global Finance teams within the CFO organization, while collaborating with key cross-functional stakeholders. You will liaise with leadership to ensure full transparency and visibility into ongoing programs and projects.

Your role will involve partnering closely with diverse teams within the Finance organization, including various FP&A groups (Corporate, Go-to-Market, Product, etc.), and engaging with broader CFO partners. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, People, Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Pricing. As the owner of project and program management, your responsibilities will include setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), optimizing processes, developing transformation roadmaps, and managing organizational communications on behalf of the FP&A team.

Your collaborative spirit with FP&A and other cross-functional partners will be crucial in driving efficiency and transformative change across the Finance organization. The ability to effectively plan and execute projects while fostering collaboration across teams and locations will be essential for success in this position. You will facilitate smoother operations for the Finance team by establishing organization-wide standards, leading critical programs, including communications, reporting, and metrics, optimizing processes, and spearheading technology enhancements. Moreover, you will utilize AI and emerging technologies to refine Finance workflows and enhance our team’s productivity, enabling smarter decision-making, predictive insights, and scalable automation across core Finance processes.
