What Awaits You
- You will provide consulting services to our national and international clients across various projects in diverse sectors, focusing on process landscapes.
- You will lead and manage consulting projects, from conducting process assessments to developing and implementing improvement measures and harmonization projects, as well as establishing a process organization.
- As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy significant creative freedom and have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in process management and harmonization.

What You Bring
- A completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in consulting or in a large company, focusing on the redesign, optimization, and digitalization of process landscapes in the finance sector.
- Experience with common process management solutions and tools (e.g., BPM solutions, Process Mining, Workflow solutions, Low-code solutions such as SAP Signavio, SAP Build, Bizagi, Microsoft Power Platform) and data analysis.
- A committed personality characterized by teamwork, strong communication skills, and initiative.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Flexibility in consulting work and willingness to travel.
