Proven ability to lead engineering projects from conception through execution. Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in mechanical and plumbing design. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Role overview

The Senior Manager, Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering - Data Centers will lead the design and development of mechanical and plumbing systems for large, mission-critical data center campuses. This role is part of the Data Center team and can be based in Denver, Redwood City, San Diego, or performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical and plumbing systems for data center campuses.
  • Set and improve engineering standards, specifications, and design frameworks to support efficient and scalable project delivery.
  • Oversee cost-effective procurement and implementation across a growing portfolio of projects.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, providing technical direction and promoting consistent engineering practices.
  • Support the professional growth of engineering talent within the organization.
