YOUR MISSION
At True Anomaly, we are transitioning to an AI-first approach. Every function, from engineering to manufacturing and business operations, will harness AI as an integral part of their workflow. As the Senior Manager of AI Engineering, you will establish our AI infrastructure from the ground up. This includes the architecture for model hosting, agent frameworks, enterprise AI tooling, and the connections that integrate AI capabilities with operational systems. You will also spearhead AI enablement throughout the organization, collaborating with teams to identify high-value use cases and implementing tools and methodologies that support lasting adoption. This is a hybrid role where you will not only make architectural decisions and write code from day one, but also build a team of 8 engineers around you.
