Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Business Development is a pivotal, player-coach position responsible for establishing and nurturing PayJoy’s most strategic retail partnerships in Mexico, including industry leaders such as Waldo's, Elektra, Coppel, and Casa Ley. This individual will represent PayJoy at the executive level with major retail and telecom partners, guide a junior business development team through the complete deal execution process, and function as a cross-functional project management officer (PMO) to eliminate roadblocks across various departments, including Product, Credit, Operations, and Marketing, thereby enhancing the velocity of our business pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business development instincts, financial acumen, and the operational discipline required to scale a rapidly growing fintech company in one of Latin America’s most vibrant markets.
