What you will do Lead test campaigns: Plan, execute, and report on test campaigns for Connected Warfare products. Guide test engineers through integration, development, operational, and customer acceptance testing phases. Develop and execute verification strategies: Design and implement verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant approaches that meet customer standards and metrics. Coordinate cross-functional activities: Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, SEIT, test ranges, and external agencies. Manage Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), track test incidents, and monitor deficiencies. Drive data-driven test evaluations: Lead analysis of test data to assess system performance and mission outcomes in both laboratory and field settings.
