Position Overview
As the Senior Manager of Design & Development, you will be integral to JETSET's operational and developmental framework. You will harmonize creative vision with practical execution, safeguarding the brand experience through early design assessments while enhancing vendor collaborations across our nationwide franchise network.
Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Construction, you will collaborate closely with the Real Estate & Construction, Operations, and Marketing teams, ensuring that every new studio aligns with JETSET’s aesthetic, functional, and financial benchmarks from the very beginning of the site selection process.
This role is perfect for an individual who excels at the crossroads of design, operations, and strategic vendor management, someone capable of merging creative intuition with a disciplined approach to processes and partnership management.
