Key Responsibilities:Mentor and develop a high-performing team of multidisciplinary structural and mechanical engineers. Lead the design of machine architecture, high-performance structural systems, shielding, and assembly design. Make high-level architectural decisions regarding neutron shielding, primary structures, racking, and plant design schemes. Enhance design, analysis, and manufacturing processes to improve throughput. Collaborate with Research, Science, Electrical, and Controls teams to define requirements and achieve program objectives. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of structural/mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering management position. Proven track record in hiring and developing engineering talent.
