Qualifications

Lead strategic pipeline generation through account-based prospecting and focused outbound campaigns aimed at enterprise accounts and key industry verticals. Design and implement comprehensive training programs on enterprise prospecting, encompassing stakeholder mapping, multithreading, and complex opportunity qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC). Recruit, coach, and mentor SDRs on advanced prospecting techniques, executive-level engagement, and navigating large, matrixed organizations to create high-quality pipelines. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to synchronize outbound efforts with account-based strategies, key verticals, and priority segments. Develop career progression frameworks for SDRs and actively mentor top performers towards promotion into Account Executive roles. Establish and evolve the long-term vision for the Enterprise SDR function, aligning team structure, segmentation, and strategy to support enterprise revenue growth while managing formal development programs to prepare SDRs for successful transitions into Account Executive roles.

Position Overview: We are excited to expand our Sales Development team and are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Sales Development in Denver. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Revenue Operations to drive strategic pipeline generation and revenue growth across key enterprise segments. Your contribution will be vital in shaping our outbound strategy, nurturing high-performing SDR talent, and establishing a robust pipeline of future Account Executives and sales leaders within Fastly.
