About the role

As a pivotal member of the Girls Who Code Development Team, the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships plays a vital role in forging impactful corporate alliances that propel our mission forward. Reporting directly to the Director of Partner Development, you will spearhead our strategic initiatives by overseeing intricate partnership processes, nurturing a portfolio of high-value and emerging prospects, and engaging senior corporate executives. Your expertise will be critical in crafting customized proposals that resonate with partner objectives while aligning with Girls Who Code’s programmatic goals. Additionally, you will contribute to extensive outreach and segmentation efforts, collaborating closely with our Executive Programs, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless and effective progression of partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience, with a proven track record of successfully closing substantial corporate partnerships. You will be adept at establishing trust with senior stakeholders, navigating multi-step discussions, and fostering relationships with clarity and empathy.
