Freight Forwarding & Logistics Coordination: • Manage inbound and outbound freight with third-party carriers and freight forwarders. • Request rate quotes, schedule pickups, arrange shipments, and ensure proper documentation. • Monitor freight expenses and collaborate with the logistics team to enhance cost efficiency and transit performance. RMA Receiving: • Lead the RMA receiving team to ensure timely and accurate processing of returned merchandise. • Maintain strict documentation, quality control, and compliance standards.
