What you will do
- Lead and mentor: Manage and support a group of more than five software engineers. Guide hiring, performance management, and career development. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Drive technical strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to set the technical vision and define the roadmap for the team.
