The Deals team at Interpath supports clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, offering financial due diligence, carve-out, and valuation assistance for both domestic and international transactions. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our newly formed Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich, working with a diverse clientele that includes top-tier private equity and corporate clients.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Managing Directors in a vibrant and entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the establishment and growth of a leading Deal Advisory practice in Germany alongside a team of bright and energetic professionals.
You will play a hands-on role across the entire deal life cycle, involving both buy-side and sell-side activities, and work closely with our corporate finance, value creation, and debt advisory colleagues within the Interpath network. As a Senior Manager, you will lead significant engagements, manage senior client relationships, and play a crucial role in the strategic development and commercial success of the practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects across various industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to private equity and corporate clients, including C-suite executives and investment teams.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, promoting a strong culture of performance and collaboration.
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation, client acquisition, and cross-service teamwork.
- Oversee engagement economics, risk management, and quality assurance to uphold firm standards.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the German Deals practice through thought leadership and market visibility.
