ABOUT THE ROLE
The Space Manufacturing team at Anduril is on the lookout for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to bolster our operations. This team oversees the assembly, integration, and testing of essential ground support equipment, PCBAs, unit-level, and integrated systems that play a crucial role in our aerospace and defense initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our products adhere to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
In the capacity of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for all facets of the manufacturing value chain. This includes, but is not limited to, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), tool design and selection, process creation and optimization, vendor sourcing and collaboration, quality planning, and thorough documentation of hardware-related tasks. You will engage in a multidisciplinary setting, working closely with design, quality, and testing teams to guarantee the successful delivery of PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and other spacecraft hardware.
We seek a candidate who can demonstrate comprehensive ownership in resolving technical challenges through creative, tangible solutions, either by personally overseeing the manufacturing process or managing it in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. If you excel in such dynamic settings, we encourage you to apply.
