We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to assist in the development of the Echo Active Implantable BCI device, which facilitates communication for patients with severe disabilities. In this role, you will design manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation from development through validation, clinical studies, and eventual commercial launch, collaborating with both domestic and international suppliers.

This position involves direct engagement with suppliers and our engineering teams at Echo to comprehend design intentions and ensure they are accurately implemented in a safe and effective device. You will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, addressing events that may affect our product quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.

At Echo Neurotechnologies, we leverage third-party resources for manufacturing and, in certain cases, product development. Therefore, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse array of suppliers is vital for our success.
