Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst - Demand Generation & Events Lead will drive pipeline-building initiatives across the UK, focusing on strategic events, account engagement, and lifecycle marketing. This role connects field marketing, lifecycle programs, and sales engagement, ensuring each stage from first contact to post-event follow-up supports revenue growth. The position shapes how CI&T engages with priority accounts and turns interest into real business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Field Marketing
- Design and deliver a variety of B2B event programs across EMEA, such as industry conferences, executive dinners, CXO roundtables, roadshows, and CI&T-hosted events.
- Manage the EMEA events calendar, aligning with go-to-market strategies, regional growth plans, and industry timelines.
- Identify and build new executive engagement opportunities and field activations to support demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Oversee all aspects of event execution: timelines, logistics, vendor management, and delivery across multiple programs at once.
Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with vertical marketing and sales leaders to align event programs with target accounts and key sectors.
- Partner with sales teams on pre-event targeting and invitation strategies to boost participation from high-value prospects.
- Support structured sales follow-up to turn event engagement into qualified pipeline opportunities.
Lifecycle & Campaign Integration
- Develop and oversee lifecycle and nurture programs that connect event engagement with larger marketing campaigns.
- Create pre- and post-event journeys to ensure a smooth transition from initial interaction to sales opportunity.
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to maintain consistent messaging and campaign alignment across all channels.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze program results in partnership with marketing operations and sales teams.
