Role Overview: Senior Marketing Data Analyst
Based in Barcelona, the Senior Marketing Data Analyst will develop advanced marketing analytics to support data-driven decisions. This role works closely with data engineers, product data, and business intelligence teams to build a strong data infrastructure that brings together marketing and business data within company systems and BI tools. The aim: free up analysts and marketers to focus on insights and actions, not data wrangling. The role also champions efficient methods for marketing data analysis.
What You Will Do
- Identify and solve recurring issues in data structures, creating stable and scalable data products.
- Lead efforts to analyze and resolve data quality problems, and set up governance frameworks.
- Work with marketing stakeholders to understand their goals and design data solutions that fit those needs.
- Provide guidance on complex challenges that require a data science approach.
- Build scalable dashboards to visualize marketing KPIs, budget use, and ROI analysis.
- Generate actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness.
