Your Role:
The Senior Marketing Program Manager will take charge of designing, executing, and analyzing marketing programs across designated product segments and business lines. This role serves as a bridge between raw marketing efforts and tangible business results by interpreting data to craft compelling narratives for leadership. You'll go beyond managing program logistics to develop scalable frameworks for measurement and reporting, ensuring every initiative is data-driven and informs global go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Your Opportunity:

  • Lead the design and implementation of marketing programs that align with company go-to-market strategies, pipeline, and revenue targets; apply adaptable frameworks to foster scalable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to translate product market strategies into actionable programs, ensuring messaging and assets are optimized for conversion based on performance data.
  • Work proactively with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to integrate data-informed perspectives into GTM plans and program specifications.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly planning by prioritizing programs in alignment with business strategy, pipeline objectives, and customer outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration with stakeholders through structured engagement models that minimize churn and maximize accountability.
  • Drive continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks based on performance data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to review and shape marketing initiatives.
