We drive significant business impact by enabling various stakeholders throughout the company, including Marketing (Brand and Performance), Guest/Host services, Policy, and more. 

The Marketing Technology Operations team plays a crucial role in building the infrastructure that supports advertising and measurement on a global scale.

Our team expertly utilizes Airbnb's unique first-party data, deploying it to leading advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to create personalized, effective, and measurable marketing strategies.

We are focused on developing systems that enhance the autonomy of our marketing infrastructure, automating tagging, validation, and signal delivery, allowing marketers to concentrate on strategy rather than operational execution.

Your Impact: 

We are in search of a Senior Marketing Technology Operations Manager with a solid background in marketing tracking who is enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation to construct scalable marketing systems. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with engineering to design and develop our next-generation robust tracking platform, minimizing manual intervention while maximizing signal quality and reliability.

Your contributions will bridge the realms of marketing, data, and engineering, ensuring our marketing teams can harness rich first-party signals to drive efficient growth, enhance measurement, and unlock new opportunities for experimentation.
