Join CAI as a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer, requiring a minimum of two years of experience in Data Center Commissioning. You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of all mechanical facets of commissioning projects.

Position Overview:
In this position, you will be instrumental in steering the mechanical aspects of assigned commissioning projects, commencing from initial client engagement through to project turnover. Responsibilities include conducting design reviews, creating checklists, providing safety support, developing scripts, coordinating with vendors, and managing testing processes. You will also be responsible for developing mechanical test schedules, finalizing procedures, assessing project submittals for alignment with design intent, and ensuring the timely execution of mechanical systems testing alongside Building Automation Systems. Your expertise will be vital in planning and executing commissioning for the mechanical infrastructure of mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all mechanical testing activities.
- Facilitate comprehensive commissioning and performance acceptance testing of mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Develop mechanical test procedures, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and checklists.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on all mechanical test procedures.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance the overall commissioning strategy.
- Generate mechanical testing reports and contribute to daily updates for the Commissioning Project Manager.
- Actively participate in Factory Witness Tests for customer equipment.
- Assist with vendor coordination and management efforts.
- Conduct equipment inspections to verify compliance with vendor submissions.
- Deliver test documentation confirming that equipment is correctly installed, functional, and ready for customer use.
- Support design specification reviews, manufacturer submittals, one-line drawing sets, and project scheduling documentation.
