Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to spearhead the design and architecture of cutting-edge systems and components for our AI-powered robots. In this pivotal role, you will confront our most intricate mechanical challenges and take charge of the entire product lifecycle from conception through to production. You will facilitate collaboration across various engineering disciplines, ensuring the scalability, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability of our designs.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and Testing:
Lead the design and architectural definition of sophisticated mechanical systems and components for AI-driven robots.
Develop, evaluate, and endorse detailed 3D models and technical drawings for production, adhering to GD&T best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and tackle complex interdisciplinary technical challenges.
Establish and oversee advanced mechanical simulations, reliability assessments, and performance validations.
Enhance mechanical architectures focusing on cost-efficiency, productivity, and mass production transition (DFM/DFA).
